I largely juice depending on what I have as leftovers, but this is a favorite of mine for a treat on a Saturday morning after a long week!
2 x apples
1 x stick celery
1 x cucumber
1 cm ginger (pealed)
1 x lime (pealed, or a squeeze of lime juice)
Nice and easy, throw them all into the juicer together and adjust to taste! A great way to start the weekend, packed full of goodness. I like to add a little ice in the summer and have it as an afternoon treat in the sunshine before the girls come round and the Picpoul is opened!
