Chorizo bites, in red wine!

With the cold weather approaching, these chilli chorizo bites are perfect for guests over a glass of wine! 



1 Chilli chopped up

Fine (more or less depending on heat tolerance!)

1 Shallot finely chopped

175ml Red wine

1 tsp Sugar


Chop up the shallot & chilli & start to fry it gently. Add the sugar, red wine & the chorizo & turn down to a very gentle heat, cook for 10-15 minutes until the red wine has reduced. Leave for a couple of minutes before serving with toothpicks & napkins! Enjoy
